General Management

MANDATE :

General Management ensures proper communications between the Council and the municipal machine. The General Manager is responsible for the management and administration of the City. To this end, the GM plans, organizes, directs and coordinates municipal services as a whole.

General Management works towards elaborating the budget, planning real estate programs and executing proposed regulations. The GM presides over Council Meetings and sees to the execution of municipal by-laws and Council decisions.
