Payment of fines
The payment of fines related to the violation of Municipal regulations and Traffic or Parking Violations issued on the territory of the Intermunicipal Security services as the Régie de police du Lac des Deux-Montagnes, the Police Department of City of Saint-Eustache, as well as the Sûreté du Québec (S.Q.), must be transmit to the Municipal Court House of Deux-Montagnes.
Who can issue the fines?
Régie de Police du Lac des Deux-Montagnes is providing an inter-municipal Security service :
City of Deux-Montagnes
City of Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac
Municipality of Saint-Joseph-du-Lac
Municipality of Pointe-Calumet
Saint-Eustache Police Department is providing Security service to :
Ville de Saint-Eustache
Sûreté du Québec is providing Security service to :
Municipality of Oka
Municipality of Saint-Placide
Payment arrangement
The schedule for meeting with the fine collector for a payment arrangement is:
Monday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Friday from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m.
* If your driver’s license is suspended, you are no longer allowed to drive any vehicle registered in your name. Please contact the SAAQ to check if the suspension of your driver’s licence is lifted, visit the SAAQ website.
How do I pay my fines?
1. At the Municipal Court

Payable by money, by debit or credit card during office hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 5 pm
Friday: 8:30 am to noon only
2. By Mail sending at

Payable by a cheque-order or a personal cheque (only if is inside of your delay of payment or judgment) or a certified-cheque (if your driver’s licence is suspended)

For payments by phone, please note: A $5.00 fee applies.
The schedule is Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 16:30 and Friday from 9:00 to 11:30.
The Mastercard credit cards do not work by phone.
4. By Internet
For internet payments, please note :
A fee of $5.00 applies.
Any Credit/debit cards do not work on the internet.
