Deux-Montagnes, September 21, 2023 – Every year, the City of Deux-Montagnes flushes nearly 75 km of drinking water pipes throughout its territory. The flushing works on the water supply network will start on Sunday, September 24 and end on Sunday, October 29. We invite the public to consult the flushing work map to find out the dates scheduled in each sector.

Monday, April 26, 2023 – The REM authorities inform the citizen that there will be cleaning work on the railway structure in the Henri-Dunant street sector will be extended from May 1st to May 17. This cleaning work will require a complete and temporary closure of road traffic.
A pedestrian crossing will be available until 9:30 am and from 4:15 pm.

Deux-Montagnes, April 5, 2023 – Work on the construction of the noise barrier along Highway 640, between Ronsard and Paul-Émile Barbe streets, will resume this Tuesday, April 11.

Deux-Montagnes, March 8, 2023 – Tomorrow, Thursday, March 9, road work is planned on Boulevard du Lac in the area of the 10th and 11th Avenue. There will be traffic obstruction and detours are expected.

City of Deux-Montagnes, February 27, 2023 at 2 p.m. – The City wishes to inform the citizens affected by the water main break caused by the REM, that water is now restored in the entire concern area. It is possible that the affected citizens will experience brown water during the day. In this case, the citizen should let run the cold water in the bathtub until the water becomes colourless again. The time may be varied. We thank you for your understanding.
