December 14, 2018 – Pending the completion of the Deux-Montagnes/Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac intermunicipal swimming pool project, City of Deux-Montagnes officials have reached an agreement with the City of Saint-Eustache. The agreement is in response to the interest expressed by many residents of Deux-Montagnes for access to indoor swimming, especially during the winter season.

To the residents of Deux-Montagnes. Do not forget to get your Free Leisure Card at the Leisure Department. The Leisure Department is located at 200 Henri-Dunant Street. The business hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to noon and 1 pm to 5 pm., also Friday from 8:30 to noon only. The card will be mandatory to the registration at the leisure activities for the 2019 winter session.
The annual grant ceremony for the City Accredited Organizations of Deux-Montagnes, was held at the Annette Savoie Hall -Community Center of Deux-Montagnes on November 26th, 2018. The City gives $60 675.

The organization ‘’Dépannage Saint-Agapit’’ organizes its annual food drive ” Guignolée” to collect non-perishable food for Christmas baskets for people and families in need of our community.This year the food drive will take place on Saturday December 1, starting at 1 pm, at Holy Family Church, 1001, chemin d’Oka, Deux-Montagnes. The volunteers will be ringing at your door between 1 pm and 5 pm to collect non-perishable food and donations. The organization is looking for volunteers to walk the streets of Deux-Montagnes. Should you be interested in giving a few hours of your time, please contact Dépannage Saint-Agapit at 450 473-7450. Deux-Montagnes City Council members invite the population to be generous.
