Due to the amount of snow still on the ground, the deadline for temporary car shelters to be removed is May 1 instead of April 15, as stipulated in the current regulations.

POWER OUTAGES : THE ROYAL CANADIAN LEGION HALL REMAINS OPEN FOR CITIZENS

Deux-Montagnes, April 10, 2019 – The Royal Canadian Legion Hall (141, Grand-Moulin Road) will remain open today for Deux-Montagnes citizens still affected by power outages. Beverages and snacks are offered, microwaves are always available as well as plugs to charge mobile phones.

Note that the Library is also open until 8 pm, where you can charge your phone and access to wi-fi.

Power Failures: The Royal Canadian Legion Hall open for citizens.

Deux-Montagnes, April 9 , 2019 – [Power Failures] The Royal Canadian Legion Hall (141 Grand-Moulin Road, Deux-Montagnes) is currently open until 23:00 in order to accommodate the Deux-Montagnes residents without electricity. Coffee and muffins are offered, microwaves are available to citizens, and plugs to charge mobile phones.

Waste materials : modified collection shedule

Deux-Montagnes, April 3, 2019 – With the beginning of organic waste collection every Monday as of April 1, the schedule and frequency of recycling and waste collection has been modified. Household waste collection is now every second week, alternating with the collection of recyclable materials.
