Deux-Montagnes, April 7, 2020 – Exceptionally, to comply with the instructions issued by the Government of Quebec, the City of Deux-Montagnes will hold the municipal council meeting of April 9, 2020 behind closed doors. The mayor and councilors will held the council meeting by phone to respect the physical distancing instructions.

Deux-Montagnes, April 3, 2020 – The City reminds its citizens that the collection of organic waste now takes place every Monday, until the end of November. There is therefore a collection of brown bins next Monday, April 6.

Deux-Montagnes, April 1, 2020– As soon as the provincial government announced that it was putting Quebec in lockdown until April 13, the City of Deux-Montagnes began taking measures to reorganize the workloads of employees whose services were deemed non-essential. These employees were reassigned to community work for providing assistance to organizations in the area and to elderly and vulnerable residents in need of support.
