Water flood monitoring: THE TEMPORARY DIKE IS COMPLETED
Deux-Montagnes, April 21st, 2019 – As of April 21st, we inform you that the temporary dike installation has been completed. It will prevent water from entering massively, unlike in 2017. Considering that it is not a permanent dike, some leaks must be sealed. However, everything is under control: the dike should hold up.

Volunteers needed for a collective effort to fill sandbags
Deux-Montagnes, April 19, 2019 – Our teams are working hard at the installation of the temporary dyke along the Lac des Deux Montagnes. Citizens wishing to help fill sandbags are welcome today from 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, at the municipal garage, located at 625, 20th Avenue.
