The City of Deux-Montagnes would like to obtain the support of its citizens in order to get the authorization from the Government of Quebec and the Government of Canada to install a dyke on the shores of Lac des Deux-Montagnes.

The Flood Victim Center is open until June 18, 2017. The Red Cross will be present at the Royal Canadian Legion at 141 Grand-Moulin Road with the Recovery Assistance Program for Disaster Victims.

The City of Deux-Montagnes recently obtained the documents presented by the Ministère de la Sécurité publique in Deux-Montagnes on May 17, at 7:30 pm at Saint-Agapit Church. This is the revised and summarized specific financial assistance program.
Following the Horticultural Day on May 27th, the victims of the recent floods in du Lac and Grand-Moulin districts who have been unable to obtain their flowers due to the recent events will be able to do so in the near future. The flood victims can contact the Public Works Department and register on a list of residences that will be entitled exceptionally this year, to an at-home delivery service once a week until the end of June.
The choice of annual flowers will be limited.
