Tennis and swimming lessons will be offered this summer: Registration from June 15 to 18!

Deux-Montagnes, June 11, 2020 – Following government authorization to offer outdoor sports activities, the City of Deux-Montagnes is pleased to offer its citizens a summer program of aquatic and tennis activities. The registration period will begin next week, from June 15 to 18, via the online platform.

The City’s programming has been reviewed and adapted in order to comply with the guidelines and recommendations of government authorities regarding the COVID-19. Among the modifications made,  junior swimming lessons require the presence of a parent in the water (except Junior 9 & 10)  in order to avoid any physical contact between the instructor and the child, and this, even if the child can swim alone. Also, considering that fewer swimmers can be in the pool at the same time, group sizes have decreased and some classes had to be cancelled.

The program is available online  (click here). It contains the cost of the various activities and registration information. For any additional information, citizens are invited to contact the Leisure Department at 450 473-2796, option 4.

Remember that the Leisure Card is mandatory for any registration. The card can be obtained FREE OF CHARGE by phone during the regular opening hours of the Department (Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., as well as on Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to noon).
