Deux-Montagnes, April 29, 2019 – The Deux-Montagnes Library, the Leisure and Community Development Department and the Maison du citoyen are open on a regular schedule, despite the presence of the police command post in connection with the floods of Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac.
