The Municipal Court ensures the legal follow-up of statements of an offence relating to municipal by-laws and the Highway Safety Code. Since April 2009, the City of Saint-Eustache joined the Municipal Court of Deux-Montagnes. These statements of an offence must have been issued by the Régie de police du Lac des Deux-Montagnes, the Saint-Eustache Police Force or the Sûreté du Québec. This service also has jurisdiction over certain offences relating to the Criminal Code and civil matters.
