Deux-Montagnes, October 30, 2019 – The decision to go trick or treating on October 31 does not belong to the city and Deux-Montagnes has no authority to change the date of this traditional celebration.

The decision to open the door to neighborhood on Friday is also up to the citizens.

The distribution of candy at the City Hall will take place as planned tomorrow night, starting at 6 pm.
