Deux-Montagnes, October 29, 2020 – Due to the evolution of the epidemiological situation of the COVID-19 pandemic and following the Quebec government’s decision to extend the measures applicable in red zones until November 23, the City of Deux-Montagnes is cancelling its leisure activities for the fall session.
Persons registered for many activities will be automatically reimbursed. For any questions, citizens are invited to contact the Leisure Department at 450 473-2796, option 4.

The free skate activity at the arena is maintained and a new reservation service is available
Please note that free skating activity at the Olympia arena is maintained under certain conditions related to the pandemic situation: hand disinfection upon arrival and wearing of a mask at the entrance and exit of the arena, no access to the locker rooms, respect of the 2-metre distance between citizens outside the family bubble and a maximum of 25 people on the ice at a time.
In addition, citizens can now reserve their time slot, either online or by phone (450 473-2796, option 4) during the Leisure Department opening hours. Citizens with a Leisure Card who show up without a reservation will be able to take part in the activity if the capacity of 25 skaters is not reached.
Online booking procedure :
- On the Leisure registration website , select the activity « patinage/patin libre » , then click on « ajouter » Repeat this booking process for each family member participating in the activity before going to the shopping cart and placing the order, although this activity is FREE.
- Once you have completed the transaction, click on « réservation de places » in the top right-hand menu, select the desired time slots and click on « enregistrer ».
Please note: If registered citizens do not show up within the first 10 minutes of their reserved time slot, the reservation will be cancelled to allow others to enjoy the free skating activity.
Exceptionally, access is reserved only for citizens of Deux-Montagnes with the Leisure Card and Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac (due to an agreement with this city).
