Covid-19: closing of library shelves and return of the take-out service

Deux-Montagnes, September 30, 2020 – In accordance with government directives, the Deux-Montagnes library will close access to its shelves on October 1, while the territory of the city of Deux-Montagnes is in the red zone (alert maximum) on the COVID-19 alert level map. All activities and entertainment that were to take place in person are also canceled. However, the library remains open on regular schedule and citizens will have access to a take-out service.

To reserve documents:

  • By phone at 450 473-2796, option 5, during regular opening hours
  • Subscribers will receive a call when their documents are ready and they can pick them up within 4 days, always during regular business hours

The citizens will always have access to the external drop off books for the return of documents.

Resources and digital books are  available and accessible 24 hours a day by visiting the library website. A “Questions and Answers” ​​document relating to the current situation is also available online (in French only).
