Deux-Montagnes, November 8, 2019 – Deux-Montagnes has moved up to 4th place on the list of the best places to live in Quebec as published in this week’s edition of L’actualité magazine.

What criteria gave the City of Deux-Montagnes what it needed to stand out among the hundred or so Quebec cities included in the list? The city’s close proximity to cinemas, restaurants, educational institutions, and other amenities that residents enjoy, its public transit network, and its low crime rate.

The L’actualité ranking was based on factors used is in the Maclean’s magazine’s national list published in summer 2019, which ranked Deux-Montagnes as the No. 1 place to live in Quebec.
