Deux-Montagnes, December 14, 2022 – On Saturday, December 10, the Intermunicipal Fire Safety Service held a roadblock for the 21st consecutive year to collect donations for Christmas baskets.

An amount of $18,023.40 was raised and then donated to two organizations in our community, Dépannage St-Agapit in Deux-Montagnes and the Knights of Columbus in Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac.

The Intermunicipal Fire Safety Service and the firefighters union would like to thank all the donors for their generosity. Furthermore, the success of this fundraiser would not have been possible without the time and energy of all the volunteers involved!

A very special thank you to Mr. Stéphane Patrie who donated $360.
