Deux-Montagnes, June 16, 2021 – The ban on outdoor fires is lifted. As of today, residents may use all outdoor fireplaces equipped with a fire screen, chimney and sturdy chimney cap.

Please note that only dry wood is allowed to be burned in an outdoor fireplace. Fires must not be a nuisance to neighbours. Residents are liable for any damage in their neighbourhood caused by their outdoor fireplace.
