Deux-Montagnes, April 7, 2021 – The City of Deux-Montagnes is pleased to announce that it will anticipate the opening of its tennis courts on Saturday, April 17, rather than in early May. In the meantime, our team is busy carrying out the necessary maintenance work for the 2021 season.
Please note :
• Access to the tennis courts, located at Olympia Park (1005 Guy Street), is free of charge and without reservation.
• Please note that due to the current pandemic, only singles play is permitted.
• The lights will go out 30 minutes before the end of the curfew.
COVID-19 – Guidelines
• Access to the grounds is forbidden to anyone who has symptoms related to COVID-19 or who has been in contact with someone who has had COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
• A maximum of two people may be on the site. However, an accompanying person may be allowed if necessary (e.g. parent of a child under 10 years of age or accompanying person of a player in a wheelchair). However, this person must be counted as part of the maximum number of people allowed on site.
• Players are responsible for bringing their own hand sanitizer and for providing enough water for the duration of the game (water fountains are not accessible).
• A distance of two metres between players must be maintained at all times, even during side changes.
• Balls used must be identified and hand picked up only by their owner. To perform a service, the player must therefore use his own balls and not those of his playing partner.
