Deux-Montagnes, May 5, 2020– While many citizens are currently preparing their land for the coming summer, the City of Deux-Montagnes reminds us that a collection of dead leaves is planned for May 25.
There are two ways to dispose of the dead leaves:
- Dead leaves can be piled up in paper bags . Paper bags must be dropped off along the street the day before collection starting at 7:00 p.m. or no later than 7:00 a.m. on the day of collection, May 25. Please note that plastic bags are no longer allowed.
- The City encourages the citizens to also use their brown bin to dispose of dead leaves and other green residues: excess grass, roots, soil, plants, small branches, shavings, bark, conifer needles, etc. The City reminds you that the collection of organic materials takes place every Monday.
For more information on the various collections, consult the2020 municipal calendar available online.
