MANDATE :

The Finance Department ensures the healthy management of all of the City’s financial resources and all administrative concerns, cases or issues for which it is responsible.

The  City’s assessment role,   taxes and collection, budget preparation and general accounting are among the tasks handled by the Finance and Treasury Department.
