Deux-Montagnes, May 29, 2019 – For the fifth year in a row, Mayor Denis Martin is pleased to announce the Neighbors Day, which will take place on Saturday, June 8, in five different parks in the city.
In addition to create a dynamic neighborhood life, these festivities are a perfect opportunity to get to know our neighbors, around a snack served by the city. For the little ones: children makeup, visit from firefighters and police officers, and many other surprises!
Proposed activities vary from park to park. Find below the details of the festivities organized by the councilors in each district:
GRAND-MOULIN DISTRICT & DU LAC DISTRICT
An invitation from councilors Manon Robitaille and Erik Johnson
Noon to 3 pm, Jean-Paul Beauchemin Park
Inflatable games, cotton candy, etc.
OLYMPIA DISTRICT
An invitation from your councilor Micheline Groulx Stabile
9 am to noon, at Olympia Park
Inflatable games and party on the theme of super heroes!
DE LA GARE DISTRICT
An invitation from your councilor Frédérick Berthiaume
10 am to noon, at Louis Warren Park
Magician, balloon sculptor, water games (weather permitting), etc.
DU GOLF DISTRICT
An invitation from your councilor Margaret Lavallée
Noon to 3 pm, Michel Mastromattéo Park
Inflatable games, cotton candy, etc.
DU COTEAU DISTRICT

11:30 am to 2:30 pm, Mikael Kingsbury Park
